Sign up to join the ABN Cognitive Neurology Services 2024 Audit

This national survey aims to collect data about Cognitive Neurology Services across the UK in the last calendar year to allow accurate modelling and demand management for Hospitals and ICBs.

Once you have signed up, you will be sent a link to enter data about your hospital or department, and you will receive access to the data we collate across your ICB/region when the survey closes. We ask that only one person from each centre enters their data where possible.
